I am so excited to finally share my newest baby with you, Zoë Bakes Cookies! It is available for PRE-ORDER and will be delivered on Sept. 3, 2024. This is my 10th cookbook and the one that has captured my heart.
Over the past two+ years I’ve been on a journey to collect all of my favorite cookie recipes and put them together in this book. Not only did I fall in love with the cookies from my childhood all over again but I also learned some of my own family history along the way. This book became so much more than a collection of great recipes, the cookies tell the story of my path as a baker and perhaps most importantly, it’s an ode to my ancestors who baked before me.
From my Vermont Hippie Roots, Granny’s Recipe Box, Bubbe’s Letters, Middleschool Home Ec Class, My College Cookie Cart, all the way to the Midwestern traditions that have become my own, I hope you will join me on the journey of cookies that have defined my life. I guess you could say this is my Eras Tour of Cookies! ;) - there will be a soundtrack!
