Like so many others, I'm thrilled to have access to your newly posted videos...though I still miss the weekly show that was featured on Magnolia's network. I'm an experienced cook but your 'tips' and ideas added to my approach. You make so many of us love cooking more and you help us do a better job, experimenting with confidence. Also - you're positive attitude is a blessing for us all. Thank you, Zoe. Please don't give up on the weekly TV show.

This is amazing!! I absolutely love watching your show on Magnolia. It was what made me fall in love with baking and experimenting in the kitchen. So, thank you for sharing your expertise!!

I am getting married in the fall and have it set in my mind to make my wedding cake. I already watched your "how to frost a cake" series on YouTube. But if you have any other tips about making wedding cakes like, how to plan it out, tools I would need, creative decorating ideas I am ALL ears.

Thanks in advance! Seriously, I'm one of your biggest fans. :)

I live in a lovely small town on the California Central coast. It's a bit of a food dessert with only seasonal access to butter based puff pastry. I would love to see an all butter puff pastry made. Your work is amazing! Many thanks!

I love your show, am an enthusiastic home baker, but my 6 year old son also is one of your biggest fans!

Personally I would love anything having to do with making classic traditional French pastries and desserts. Both the technical complicated stuff, but also simplified/more accessible.

And since you mentioned the kids, anything fun and seasonal or related to even-the-minor holidays would be great, I never used to care, but I am constantly baking for those types of events now that I have kids who want to celebrate everything (me too).

Also, any cameos by your boys would just make my son’s day! He loves seeing them in the kitchen with you!

So glad you are doing this. With 40+ years of professional baking under my belt, one one of the questions I get asked often is "why should I use a scale instead of cups/teaspoons". I think a video on scaling ingredients vs volume measuring would be helpful. As you know a "cup is not a cup".
