My favorite fruit pie recipes!

How do you like your summer pie? Key lime is one of my all-time favorite desserts, and it is nice and bright for warm days. It’s on my list of favorite summer pies, along with a few other classics!

• You can’t go all summer without a blueberry pie! It’s always best with fresh picked berries, if you can get your hands on them.

• My cherry pie recipe features a secret ingredient that gives it a wonderful tart flavor.

• Peach pie (with or without candied bacon) is another I try to make every year for a taste of Southern comfort.

• It’s always time for banana cream pie! This classic is as good in the heat of summer as it is in the dead of winter 😉.

• Lemon Meringue Pie may be the most perfectly balanced dessert of all time. The tart lemon filling is a great match for the sweetness of an ethereal mile-high pile of meringue topping.
