Before I get into Jessie Sheehan’s super-delicious, easy-peasy, Cheesy Biscotti and a chance to win a copy of her new cookbook, I just want to THANK everyone who came out to The Lynhall this week to celebrate the Minneapolis launch of Zoë Bakes Cookies! I had so much fun chatting with all of you about the book and raising a glass to all things cookies.
And I have a small favor, if you purchased and are enjoying Zoë Bakes Cookies, please leave a review on Amazon (even if you didn’t purchase there), they really help other people find the book! Thank you! xo
These events take a village and I’d like to thank my team at Ten Speed, The folks at Diamond Crystal Salt Company, The Lynhall event space, chef Nik, Joy Summers, Nomi Kane, and, last, but certainly never least, Stephanie March, all of whom helped me create the cookie party of my dreams!
Recent Features!
Sheryl Julian wrote a delightful review of Zoë Bakes Cookies in The Boston Globe! I was thrilled she loved the cookies and thought her description of me as “social media’s baking darling,” was lovely and funny and I’ll take it!
Joy Summers of the Minnesota Star Tribune captured the exact essence of my book in her thoughtful article about Zoë Bakes Cookies.

If you’ve baked my Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe (or plan to yet this month), you can be entered into Zoë’s Baking Academy for September! Get all the details for the challenge and prizes here.
As always, if you’ve recently made one of my recipes, please leave a rating/review on the recipe to let me know how it went! I love hearing how you’ve made the recipes work for you.
Now to the fantastic Cheesy Biscotti from Jessie Sheehan, who is the Queen of easy-peasy, super-fun, endlessly delicious recipes. Her new book, Salty, Cheesy, Herby, Crispy Snackable Bakes (affiliate link) is coming out on September 24 and it is a must-have for your kitchen. This treasure of savory baking takes snacks to new heights. She has things to pack into lunch boxes, serve at parties, snack on at your desk, and bring to your neighbors as a housewarming gift.
While I was visiting NYC for my cookie book tour, she invited me over and we made these incredible Cheese Biscotti in just a matter of minutes (see the video above). I stashed a few in my bag for the ride home. I couldn’t stop thinking about them, so I asked Jessie to share the recipe with my “Extras” subscribers and she generously agreed!
Not only that, but she offered to give away a copy of her new book that comes out next week to a lucky winner.
