6 Desserts Perfect for Passover
You can find 11 Passover Desserts on my website, but if you want to skip to the best, here are my six favorites. And “Extras” subscribers get a brand new one at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!

Chocolate Caramel Matzo
I make a classic chocolate caramel matzo every year. It’s perfect for Seder, and I’ve even put it in little gift bags.
Matzo Crack S’mores
A few years ago, I turned the chocolate caramel matzo into matzo crack s’mores. They were a hit. Adding toasted marshmallows is easy and makes for a completely different and fun matzo crack variety.
Halva Diva Cake with Tahini Buttercream
This Passover cake is a mashup of a few recipes from Zoë Bakes Cakes. The halva and tahini add a wonderful earthy flavor, and the overall result is a truly wonderful cake.

Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
This chocolate hazelnut cake is like the most elegant brownie cake you’ve ever had. You get the fudgy texture of a perfectly baked brownie with a smooth and rich interior. The candied hazelnuts are a fun and tasty topper.
Coconut Macaroons
I love the beautiful haystack look and taste of classic macaroons. This simple recipe makes the absolute best macaroons with a wonderful coconut flavor.
Macarons
Not to be confused with macaroons, these macarons are another easy cookie recipe that can add a little color and fun to your Passover desserts.

Lemon Poppy Seed Roulade
This is a beautiful lemon sponge cake made with Matzo Cake Meal, topped with Poppy Seed Buttercream, rolled into a spiral, and topped with a Limecello Poppy Seed Glaze. It is delicious and a cake worthy of your Passover table. The fluffy cake is lightly soaked with a lemon syrup, a classic combination, but made even better with the Matzo Cake Meal, which adds a toasty flavor. It makes me wonder why I don’t bake with it all year round.
If you’ve never used Matzo Cake Meal, just be sure not to mistakenly use regular matzo meal or the texture of your cake won’t be as fine and fluffy.
