The cheesy swirl bread I baked in the Emile Henry Glazed Long Covered Baker, which I am obsessed with. The closed vessel created a beautifully crisp, thin, caramelized crust without adding steam to the oven. My five minute dough made with King Arthur Baking Company Bread Flour is rolled with cheese and jalapeños! So easy, super delicious! This is Perfect for Super Bowl!

Everything Bagel Star Bread
Star breads are some of my favorites because you can play with flavors and they make for a gorgeous loaf that’s easily shared. This version features everything bagel seasoning and cream cheese for a fun take on a classic breakfast bagel. You can try this recipe as is or use it as the base for creating your own flavor profile. I would love to see your creations!.
16 Bread Recipes For Every Occasion
I started my cookbook writing with the Bread in Five series (find the books in the ZoëBakes Shop) and I still love making bread. I finally put together a collection of my favorite recipes from the blog, ranging from flaky biscuits to classic crusty breads.
Most Popular January Recipe: Blueberry Scones
You all loved this blueberry scones recipe! (So do I!) Featured Season 3, Episode 7 of Zoë Bakes, when I went blueberry picking, it’s a wonderful reminder of summer. Plus, scones are a great brunch or snack recipe for cold days—with a hot cup of coffee, of course. Check this recipe out now, and save it in your back pocket for blueberry season. And as always, please rate and review the recipe if you have made it!
Hi Zoe, I received your bread book for Christmas.I've been making the artisan bread. However sometimes my bread rises on one side higher in the oven.Could this be that I'm using a small Pan of water located on one side of the other oven versus a Large pan in the middle?
Zoe,
I have a question about your hot chocolate cake in your Zoe Bakes Cakes cookbook. My daughter made this cake for me as a birthday cake last week. She is a terrific baker, but this time the cake was dry and the frosting hard. The marshmallows, however, were wonderful! She is sort of beating herself up over what she could have done wrong. Any advice or suggestions?
