Hi Zoe, I received your bread book for Christmas.I've been making the artisan bread. However sometimes my bread rises on one side higher in the oven.Could this be that I'm using a small Pan of water located on one side of the other oven versus a Large pan in the middle?

Zoe,

I have a question about your hot chocolate cake in your Zoe Bakes Cakes cookbook. My daughter made this cake for me as a birthday cake last week. She is a terrific baker, but this time the cake was dry and the frosting hard. The marshmallows, however, were wonderful! She is sort of beating herself up over what she could have done wrong. Any advice or suggestions?
