ZoëBakes Aprons are Here!
So many of you have asked about my aprons and I’m excited to share you can now order your very own! I designed a cafe-style apron made of super soft linen so I can move freely (and, of course, dance!) in the kitchen. You can also buy signed copies of Zoë Bakes Cakes from this shop!

Recipes You May Have Missed
Tropical Desserts
I love tropical desserts because of the sweet, tart flavors. Key lime pie, for example, is one of my favorite desserts and I seek it out whenever I can. Plus, tropical fruits are vibrant and colorful, which makes for a gorgeous serving plate. I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite tropical desserts and you’ll also find resources for where to buy tropical fruit if you can’t get it locally.
Baked Alaska with Raspberry Sorbet and Lime Ice Cream
This Baked Alaska is a showstopper of a dessert. You can be as fancy as you’d like, making the ice cream and sorbet from scratch, or using store-bought. And your meringue can be crazy or tame, but lighting it on fire is not optional in my book!
Strawberry Desserts
Strawberry season is nearly upon us and I can hardly wait to get my hands on those perfectly sweet ruby red berries and make some amazing strawberry desserts. The first couple months of summer are perfect for taking a trip to a farm with pick-your-own strawberries. It's the perfect weekend outing with kids for frolicking through the rows of plants followed by bringing your little treasures home to make some amazing desserts (and sampling a few sweet berries along the way).
