Pavlova with Chocolate and Coffee

A smooth pavlova with chocolate & coffee whipped creams, caramel and red hot cashews

I had a bunch of egg whites left over after making a Basque cheesecake (that recipe coming soon), so I whipped them up into one of my favorite desserts.
