Fundraiser for World Central Kitchen
We’ve seen the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine and I’ve decided to do a class in an effort to raise money. Please join me for a LIVE baking demonstration of this Ukrainian Honey Cake with Buttercream Sunflowers. Proceeds from this event will benefit World Central Kitchen. For those of you who already have your ticket, the button below will take you to the recipe and equipment list as well!
Frozen Passion Fruit Souffle

Whipping up a batch of pâte à choux is both easy and super satisfying. If you’ve never ventured into the world of éclairs, profiteroles, cream puffs or even a Croquembouche, I think today is the perfect day to get started.
