What To Bake This Weekend
If you spend your winter making soups for the cold weather, this crusty bread made in the dutch oven is an easy recipe and a perfect soup pairing.
There’s no bad time to make one of my 17 chocolate desserts, including the pictured triple chocolate mousse cake.
What weekend doesn’t call for some nice, fresh blueberry muffins? A favorite morning treat!
If you’ve made any of my recipes recently, please consider leaving a rating/review at ZoëBakes.com. Thank you!
Thank You for Watching + Donating!
Together we’ve raised $7,000 ($14,000 with the match) for World Central Kitchen with my YouTube Live Pizza Class. This is my final call for donations that can be matched by my generous friend, Shannon Klingman. Another huge shout out to my friend and pizza guru Pete Campbell for joining me and sharing his pizza pro tips! Thank you for considering a donation to this wonderful organization that feeds communities in crisis.
Coming Soon!
I’m so excited to get back to Zoë’s Baking Academy next month. Stay tuned for February’s featured recipe in next week’s newsletter. Any guesses as to what it might be? Leave a comment to let me know what you’re excited to bake this year!
Hi Zoe. I try to bake my Mom's recipe for yeasted nut roll, so I will be baking it in the next couple of weeks. I love to watch you on TV.
I started watching you on tv doing your no knead bread in the bucket, from there I started buying all your cookbooks, now I’m getting all your e-mail articles. I just love your recipes. The bread is awesome. I have taken and made the dough into rolls almost 3 times a week, we love them. If I do bread instead of rolls we end up having too much . Keep up the good cooking but would love to actually watch you on tv. Come back to tv real soon, please!!
