I love your YouTube channel! Thank you for the video on how to soften butter. I've done the glass dome but with a glass. I do like the idea of chopping up or grating the butter too! But don't worry, I am pretty good at taking the butter out of the fridge in time :) :) !! Thanks again, Janet
