This past spring I got to check off a bucket list trip. I’d dreamt about visiting Sicily since I was an art student in college and I finally made it happen. I partnered with the incredible women at Via Rosa and we created a culinary tour that surpassed all my wildest dreams. The trip didn’t stop there, we added a second tour in Puglia. I knew virtually nothing about that part of Italy and now I am madly in love with the region. I loved it so much that I’ve decided to continue exploring Italy with two more trips in 2026 and I want you to come with me!

We’re entering peak strawberry season in Minnesota! This Strawberry Passion Fruit Cake is one of my favorite recipes for fresh berries. Or, try one of my other 19 strawberry desserts!
