Oh my.........you have my total sympathy as I fractured my ankle 3 years ago while away and the cast and crutches thing involved boarding a flight etc. It was a winter from hell. Speedy recovery and thank you for your beautiful cakes plus!
Hi Zoe, love your recipes and I have been following you on Instagram. Could you help me with your Russian tea cakes recipe? I was in a rush and I put the browned butter in fridge to cool. I think that may have affected the baking because I got a perfect hole in every cookie😂looked like I could fill them. Do you think it was that? Also when the brown butter cools to room temp naturally does it turn opaque?
