I would LOVE to receive one of your master pieces signed by you, please. If I am lucky enough to be picked, I will make every single one of them over a year. I have made your blueberry muffins and they were AMAZING :-). I am more of a baker and would love to have a signed copy of your Zoe Bakes Cake cookbook. In an effort to venture into bread making, I have just got your GF Artesian bread cookbook. Thank you :)

Zoe is unique. Not only are her recipes memorably delicious, she teaches steps that only experienced chefs know. Signed or not, if you are curious about baking, consider Zoe's book and her show on Magnolia networks a 'must.' It's crazy, but we all love when we know a new episode has been posted ...and we set aside time in our way-too-busy-lives to watch (and, even re-watch,) the video. A heartfelt thank you to you, Zoe. ..... By the way, would you consider adding an episode featuring Black Bottom Pie? I can only imagine, if updated to include dark chocolate and more of Zoe's-special touches, it would be remarkable. Thank you.

I have a question and don’t know where to ask it, every time I make the bread , with her recipe, baguette or loaf, it comes out dense and chewy. What am I doing wrong? I’ve made the dough a couple times with same results.

Hi Teresa, which recipe are you working with? If it's from the Bread in 5 series, I highly recommend you check out the FAQs on Bread in 5 and if you can't find an answer to your specific issue, you can leave a comment and Jeff will get back to you! https://artisanbreadinfive.com/faqs/

I don't have your book, but would love to win a signed copy! I have made your bread and watched you on the Magnolia Network where I saw you make (and would love to try) the bee cake for your dad and the pavlova. There are so many of your recipes I'd love to try but the lemon curd pound cake would probably be my first bake since I love both pound cake and lemon curd!
