Paris!! The city of light is, to some, also the city of butter. An historic city where the streets are paved with baguettes and the macaron is the north star, Paris is the perfect place to fall in love: with baking, and food, and history, and friends.
We’re going! You should come! Zoë François and Stephanie March (great friends who love to travel together) are leading a trip to Paris in November, just ahead of the holiday baking season, to give you some petit inspiration or just a lovely French break before all the ballyhoo.
A trip with Z+S is filled with walking, talking, hidden gems, and lots of fun. You do not have to be a master baker; we are all on the journey together (read: do not underestimate Steph’s ability to mess up a baking project). We just want to get out of our everyday lives for a bit of fancy fun.

This is a very special eating and baking trip that gives you serious inside access that you will not find on other trips! If you’ve seen Paris before, consider this a new view. We’ve curated a whole week of French fun that includes baking classes (Master the croissant! Learn the ways of the macaron!), food and history tours of some very chic neighborhoods with locals we know, an excursion to Versailles that includes lunch with a Top Chef, plus bubbles. Did we mention we’ll be drinking a lot of really great wines and champagnes all week? Buried the lede, huh.

We’ll make time for boutique shopping, checking out chocolates, and maybe some shoe gazing while we’re there, as we find some out-of-the-way local bars to grab a seat in and snack as we go. We’re like that.
This dream escape includes staying at the Park Hyatt, a luxury hotel that does nothing but understand and offer some of the best service in the world.
